Almost three tons of low-quality products were seized from store shelves belonging to the Yanta-Ulan-Ude retail chain in Buryatia.
In particular, poultry meat with a total weight of 2.9 tons was recalled from the sale. Which was made in the shops of the Irkutsk company Angarsk Poultry Factory.
According to the Rosselkhoznadzor employees, the experts took 24 samples for the sample, and in the end it turned out that 15 of them were affected by the Salmonella genome. Employees of the republican department of the department conducted product analysis using the innovative method of microbiological research and as a result discovered the presence of pathogenic microflora.It is noteworthy that this is not the first time that researchers discover the presence of salmonella in the products of the Angarsk Poultry Factory. In this regard, the company’s administration, as well as the management of the Yanta-Ulan-Ude retail network, were sent requirements to eliminate the causes and conditions that contributed to the occurrence of pathogenic microflora in poultry meat and led to an administrative violation of applicable law.
