In just a few years, 1054 owners who have three or more cows received financial support from the regional budget. For the purchase of milking machines, the families of the Zhytomyr region were compensated for about 7.1 million UAH.
Compensation of the cost of purchased individual milking machines to households is one of the most popular areas of the agro-industrial complex program in the Zhytomyr region, which started in 2017.
The milking machine significantly speeds up and facilitates the milking process, as well as ensures the absence of contact of hands with animals and milk, which is a condition for European standards for the quality of dairy products.
The Regional State Administration continues to accept applications and documents from residents who have purchased an individual milking unit and are seeking reimbursement for it.
In order to receive compensation, cow owners must submit the following documents to the commission:
- application form;
- details of opening a current account issued by the bank;
- payment document (cashier's check or sales receipt, or payment receipt, or cash receipt) confirming payment of funds and technical documentation for the purchased individual milking unit. The documents submitted to the meeting of the commission must contain the details of the seller, be certified by the seal and his signature. If the seller works without printing, there should be a b / p note;
- a certificate issued by a village, village, city or district council in a city, a territorial community on the number of cows;
- copies of cow passports and veterinary cards to them, duly certified;
- copies of the person’s passport and document certifying registration in the State Register of individuals - tax payers;
- a written commitment to maintain the acquired individual milking unit for five years (in case of purchase of a subsequent unit until the end of the specified period, the costs are not reimbursed).
