The money that the Russian government allocated for loans for small farmers must certainly be used for its intended purpose - for the successful development of agricultural and livestock farms.

If the funds are not sold within a certain time, or if they are used for other purposes, the country's authorities will be forced to recover the previously allocated amounts without the right of distribution from negligent farmers.

This was reported by experts of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. They emphasize that within the limits that are brought to the regions, 20% should be allocated to small forms of farming.

It is noteworthy that in 2018, the Ministry of Agriculture allowed redistributing what was not used to other forms. In the current year, if these 20% are not reduced to small forms, the Ministry will withdraw them.
