The farm structure is three-story. Equipment is installed here - large tanks filled with water. Work on the farm is fully automated. Shrimp need careful care and compliance with all conditions.

It is necessary to constantly maintain the optimal mode when the water has a temperature of + 29-30 ° C, and the air temperature in the room is + 33-34 ° C. Employees of the enterprise control the content of salt, ammonium, acidity and fat content of water.

Shrimp eat special food, which includes: potatoes, flour, starch, yeast, fish oil and multivitamins. To grow a kilogram of shrimp - up to 36 pcs., 4 kg are needed. stern. One shrimp eats only 111 to 177 grams during life.

Fry is brought from Malaysia. The first month, up to 60 thousand fry fit in the vat, and when they grow up, the lower gateways open, which connect several tanks - then the shrimp are divided into three different vats.

In the next room they grow their own fry. The uterus is fed differently: squid, worms and special food.

“A kilogram of our shrimp costs 500 UAH. For a week we sell 50-100 kg, wholesale and retail. Our customers are restaurants and just lovers of delicacies, ”says Peter Gizhko, director of the company.
