At the Ural Food Forum, which recently took place in Chelyabinsk, Igor Volkov, head of the Amandi farm from Sosnovsky district, announced that he plans to create a cooperative for the collection of milk. This is stated in the message of the press center of the South Ural Ministry of Agriculture.
Igor Volkov's farm has 300 goats and produces hard and semi-hard cheeses from their milk. For this, European technology is used, which allows you to get a high-quality product that has stable demand, despite the high price.
Products are always well sold, and it attracts not only local residents, but also buyers from Moscow. Currently, the farm processes about 500 liters. milk per day and produce 50 kg. cheeses per shift.
Customers from the capital offer Volkov to produce cheese from cow's milk. The farmer has responded to this idea and is already planning to open a cooperative for the collection of milk in his village, where peasants contain about 200 cows.
The population is ready to supply milk, and the entrepreneur is ready to buy it through a cooperative. He is already saving up money to buy a milk cooler tank. The creation of a cooperative is supported by the Business Territory Center.
