It is noteworthy that during the first three days of operation of the meat reception point, the enterprise received about five tons of meat from the population. A veterinary laboratory is located next to the reception point, the main task of which is strict control and supervision of the quality of raw materials. It will not be superfluous to note that the veterinary examination of meat, as well as the weighing of raw materials and services of a loader, farmers handing over the product to the reception point, do not pay.

The organizers of the reception point emphasize that the monthly demand of Buryatmyasprom is more than six hundred tons of raw materials. Employees of Buryatmyasprom note that if the farmer wants to sell his meat to the enterprise, he must, in addition to raw materials, carry an identity document and an identification number, certificate, which is issued after the slaughter of the animal, as well as a document on the presence of a subsidiary or farm, which is issued by the local administration.
