This year has entered the history of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Udmurtia with many significant events. And among them is the transition of the flax growing industry to a new level.

In this case, we are talking about the use of mowing technology in the process of harvesting flax. And if earlier local farmers preferred the method of pulping flax flax, now the region is actively introducing an innovative method - a faster, more progressive one.

The agrarians of the Yukamensky district began to introduce the mowing method into their daily practice. Local enterprises for the cultivation and processing of flax united in a cooperative, which is called "Yukamensky flax."

In order to make the implementation of the mowing process more smooth, the participants of the cooperative purchased special advanced equipment, among which there are also rotary mowers made in Poland, popular in different countries of the world.

Udmurt innovators note that mowing is a more suitable technology for manufacturers, as opposed to obsolete mowing in every sense. After all, it is mowing that allows you to increase the time for collecting flaxseed by three times.

And the beginning of the harvesting campaign starts at the stage of green ripeness of culture. Thus, the quality of flax fiber is also increased. To this moment, members of the Yukamen cooperative have mowed flax from fifty hectares.
