The Golden Parmen farm from Chernihiv region, which is engaged in the production of organic juices, is preparing for a new processing season, which will begin in the fall. Raw materials - organic apples, black currants, nutmeg pumpkins - the farm grows on its own in a garden of 20 hectares. and on several hectares of field.

As the commercial director of the farm, Yevgeny Misnik, said that after an abnormally fruitful last year, it is even visually evident that in the current harvest of apples will be significantly lower.

Harvesting of currants has already begun, the farm will cope with this operation on its own, however, seasonal workers will have to be hired to harvest apples. The collected products will be stored in the refrigerator until processing begins, which is carried out using direct extraction technology. Today, the farm is selling off the remnants of last season's juices.

Apple juice is in high demand, followed by apple-pumpkin, apple-blackcurrant and birch-apple in the ranking of consumer sympathies. People have less confidence in pumpkin and apple, although it is sweet and tasty.

Neither preservatives nor sugar are added to the product, it has a natural taste. However, at a price it almost does not differ from inorganic juices of direct extraction of the Galicia brand.

“This is because it is a fairly well-known brand, but we cannot afford to raise prices so far, since the demand for organic products is not very high due to the low purchasing power of our citizens, the volumes of our production are not yet sufficient for export. However, we hope to improve the situation, ”explains Yevgeny Misnik.
