The fact is that in the filling of the studied dumplings, bacteria were identified that belong to the group of Escherichia coli. In addition, the presence of mesophilic aerobic and optionally anaerobic microorganisms in minced meat exceeded the norm by almost 12 times.
Note that Escherichia coli provokes a lot of unpleasant processes in the human body: body temperature rises to 39 ° C, chills, fever, general weakness, chills, cramping abdominal pains occur. The stool becomes liquid, mucus and blood appear in it. With complications, anemia develops, a blood clotting disorder, impaired renal function, which manifests itself as a sharp decrease in the amount of urine. This condition develops especially often and is especially difficult in children.
Dumplings stuffed with E. coli and other bacteria were withdrawn from sale in the village of Kavalerovo. Veterinary laborers sent a conclusion of research and warnings to the address of the dumpling manufacturer and to the point of sale where samples of the semi-finished products were taken.
