Selection and preparation of ingredients
Ingredients for the soup are purchased at the market or in the supermarket. They are available for purchase. Finding them on store shelves is not difficult. Rinsed mushrooms are recommended to be washed and, if necessary, trimmed.

- Potatoes, previously washed and peeled, are cut into small cubes. It is added to previously boiled water in a medium-sized pan.
- While the potatoes are cooked, the onions are peeled and cut into small pieces. On the second burner, a frying pan is heated, to which vegetable oil is added. As soon as it begins to heat up, previously prepared onions are added. For cooking, use low heat.
- On a fine grater, peeled carrots are rubbed. It is added to the onion in a pan and sautéed until golden brown.
- It is best to use the method of cutting the mushroom in half and chopping the halves into thin slices. Chopped champignons are sent to the pan to the browned root crops. They are prepared until the moment the liquid allocated by them evaporates.
- At this point, it is recommended to salt the products in a pan. Almost at the very end of the browning, sour cream is added to the dishes.
- Potatoes cooked by this time are also salted. If desired, you can add bay leaf and / or peppercorns. The contents of the pan are immediately poured into the pan.
- Immediately after adding to the potato fried carrots, onions and mushrooms with sour cream, put vermicelli. The mixture is thoroughly mixed and left to boil over low heat.
- Meanwhile, greens are being cut. It is added to the soup at the very end of cooking. After boiling for about 5 minutes, the fire is turned off. The soup is left to infuse on the stove until served.
