Very soon, two large construction projects will begin immediately on the territory of the Rostov Region. We are talking about the construction of large complexes for the production and processing of milk, which will begin to build before the end of this year.

This information was shared by Konstantin Rachalovsky, head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the region. In addition, the minister stressed that the founders of the construction of both facilities are such companies as the Tkachev agro-industrial holding and the Step group of companies.

It should be noted that the leadership of the Tkachev Agricultural Holding intends to build such a dairy complex that will simultaneously accommodate two thousand eight hundred cattle.

This object will be based on the territory of the Peschanokopsky district and will be called Zhukovsky. Presumably, the production capacity of this farm will annually produce more than twenty-five thousand tons of milk for sale.

So that all plans can be realized, investors will spend on “Zhukovsky” more than two billion four hundred million rubles.

The amount of investment in the enterprise of the agricultural holding "Step" will be slightly less - two billion one hundred thousand rubles. However, with this money, a project will be implemented for the construction and commissioning of a livestock-breeding complex for the dairy sector in the Salsky district of the region.

The stalls of the enterprise will contain over three thousand cows, which will allow annually to release about thirty three thousand tons of milk to the market.
