US President Donald Trump has proclaimed March 14 as National Agriculture Day.

Agricultural exports, valued at more than $ 141 billion, are critical to the US labor market, with each $ 1 billion of exported products generating approximately 8,400 jobs in America. Agriculture, food, and related industries are vital to the global economic success of the United States.
Trump pointed out the need to continue working to streamline the legal framework so that agricultural innovation can flourish and help farmers, ranchers and foresters meet the growing global demand for food. The President noted that the American farmer embodies the eternal virtues of the American people: hard work , self confidence and dedication to the family.
