The farm “Plamida” (Zaporizhzhya region) has developed an optimal winter wheat fertilizer system for itself, due to which there is not much difference in the yield of seeds of various reproduction.
This was told by the director of the farm Sergey Zavgorodniy. The emphasis is on phosphorus and nitrogen, which are in short supply in their soils.
Two varieties of selection of FC Bor are cultivated - Shestopalovka and Steel. In the past dry year, Steel in pairs had yields of 60-70 centner / ha., This year - 50-60 centner / ha., And for winter wheat - 40-45 centner / ha.
Heifers are sown after sunflower and yield, depending on the amount of precipitation and dry days, is at the level of 20-40 centners / ha.
Seed material - superelite is acquired in seed farms, the elite, the first and second reproduction are propagated and grown. From pests, all seeds must be treated before sowing.
For the second year in a row, the farm conducted research on the feasibility of 2 treatments with fungicides (the first treatment is carried out in the tillering phase, before going into the tube, and the second on disk sheets before the spike comes out of the sinus).
“Last year, we did not notice the difference between the cultivated and the untreated crops, but this year the plants that were processed twice had more poured grain,” added Sergei Zavgorodniy.
